Testing X-Planes Under Satellite Surveillance

Author: Lance Winslow

The United States and our technologies are far more advanced than any other current civilization, but this is a lead we should not risk losing. So when testing new technologies we must be careful to be wary of foreign satellites over head. Therefore it maybe necessary to do so under cloud cover, however too much cloud cover can be dangerous and inhibit test flights. Therefore our military needs to make our own weather to our own specifications. The military might also need to cut holes in the clouds to insure we can take-off safely climb out and come back in to land thru that cloud cover.

If our military deems appropriate it may wish to use cloud-sculpting techniques to cut the holes in the clouds or wish to use frequency, ion-charge and laser controls and manipulations in the formations of the cloud cover at the specified altitude which best fits our needs. Here are a couple ideas on cloud formation and manipulations.

Today there are Chinese Spy Satellites, French Micro-satellites, Russian, German, Japanese and Australian and a dozen other countries with Satellites passing overhead.

Keeping a secret is not nearly as easy as it was during the Skunk Works era. Simply putting a test facility in the middle of no where with miles and miles of nothing in between will not keep you safe from those who have the means to and/or desire to spy on your latest and greatest technologies and national assets. We should be thinking here.
